JAIL MINISTRY PROGRAM

Our Involvement

Sandstone has been actively involved with the Pulaski County jail ministry since 1995. Several members have dedicated their Saturday's to go to the jail to seek and save the lost.

The Pulaski County jail has also put a baptistry in one of their un-used units for us to baptize those inmates that obey the gospel. The Lord's church has been blessed with an average of 60+ baptisms each year. It has touched some of the guards lives in that they will hold hands with us in a circle with other inmates while we pray together! Men and women's lives have not only been changed within the jail, but it has also changed those here at Sandstone who teach. We have received a tremendous blessing by allowing the Lord to work through us in this great ministry.
